Job Description – Housekeeping Associate Company: Steadfast Limited Position: Housekeeping Associate Department: Production / Soft Cleaning Job Type: Full-Time Location: Noida, Sector - 85 Job Summary Steadfast Limited is hiring a Housekeeping Associate for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production/shop floor area. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning production floors, machines, and epoxy flooring while ensuring a safe and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and maintaining the production area and shop floor. Cleaning production machines and equipment. Cleaning and maintenance of epoxy flooring (Appoxi flooring). Removing dust, waste material, oil, and debris from the production floor. Ensuring proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times. Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively. Following company safety and hygiene guidelines. Reporting any damage, leakage, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Requirements Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass. Experience in housekeeping or industrial/soft floor cleaning preferred. Physically fit and able to handle cleaning activities. Basic understanding of industrial housekeeping practices. Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking. Skills Required Attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to work in a team.
