Job Summary Navjyoti Global Solutions Private Ltd. is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate Female Warden to oversee the daily operations, safety, welfare, and discipline of residents in the hostel/residential facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure, hygienic, and supportive living environment while maintaining records, enforcing facility rules, coordinating with management, and addressing resident concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel/residential facility. Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents. Maintain discipline and adherence to hostel rules and regulations. Monitor resident attendance, movement, and occupancy records. Handle resident grievances and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff activities. Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security protocols. Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with management when required. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the premises. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Organize awareness sessions and resident engagement activities. Monitor utility usage and report maintenance requirements. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety guidelines. Support management during audits, inspections, and special events. Working Hours : 12 Hours Daily.
