Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Support Associate with 6+ months work experience required in a group of companies having NBFC & capital market entity located at Nariman Point , Mumbai JD: - Install and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment - Perform regular check-ups and replace faulty parts to avoid downtime - Diagnose and repair hardware issues (e.g., overheating, power supply problems, component failure) - Set up and fix Wi-Fi networks, printers, and other office devices - Identify and resolve network problems, including VLAN issues and cable faults - Apply and follow IT security procedures for both hardware and software - Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 - Provide technical support to staff and ensure timely resolution of IT issues Salary up to Rs 20,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber) Kindly share CV on [email protected] with subject line Desktop - Nariman Point mentioning your current salary, expected salary, notice period and reason to quit current organisation
