Graphic Designer (Canva) – Brand Ownership Role At Elyshiv Marketing, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn't just create posts but thinks like a brand owner. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys designing content, understanding businesses, and taking ownership of a brand's online presence. We don't want someone who simply follows instructions—we want someone who can understand a client's business, audience, and goals, then create content that genuinely represents their brand. What You'll Do: • Design high-quality social media graphics using Canva • Create content that is visually appealing, on-brand, and engaging • Understand different client businesses and develop a unique visual identity for each • Take ownership of client accounts and proactively suggest content ideas • Coordinate with video editors to maintain a consistent brand presence across all content • Communicate with clients when needed and ensure feedback is implemented effectively • Stay updated with design trends and social media best practices What We're Looking For: • Strong Canva skills and a good eye for design • Understanding of branding, layouts, typography, and content aesthetics • Someone who enjoys thinking creatively and taking initiative • Good communication and organizational skills • A mindset of ownership rather than task completion Why This Role Is Different: Most design jobs are about making graphics.
