Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across print, digital, branding, packaging, exhibitions, and marketing communications. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities- • Design brochures, flyers, one-pagers, product catalogs, case studies, and sales collateral. • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, corporate decks, and product presentations. • Design banners, magazine advertisements, newspaper ads, and outdoor advertising creatives (hoardings). • Develop product packaging designs, labels, and branding assets. • Design marketing communication materials for product launches, campaigns, and events. • Create exhibition booth graphics, standees, backdrops, signage, and event branding materials. • Design digital creatives for websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertisements. • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels. • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions. • Prepare print-ready artworks and coordinate with vendors when required. • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B, industrial, technology, automation, or manufacturing sectors. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Experience in designing brochures, packaging, exhibition booths, and marketing collateral. • Good understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and print production. • Knowledge of Figma, CorelDRAW, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or basic video editing will be an added advantage. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience • Product packaging design. • Exhibition and event booth design. • Corporate presentation/deck creation. • B2B marketing communication and branding projects. • Experience working with industrial, automation, SaaS, or technology companies.
