The ideal candidates will have experience in translating concepts into visually appealing designs aligned with the company’s brand identity. You will work on packaging, branding, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality graphics for labels, stickers, packaging, marketing collaterals, and digital platforms. Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs aligned with the brand identity. Collaborate with production and marketing teams to understand design requirements. Ensure designs meet printing and production standards. Maintain consistency in branding and design quality across all materials. Work efficiently to meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills: DTP / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company (packaging industry experience preferred but not mandatory). Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of CorelDRAW preferred for print-based design. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and design principles. Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high design standards.
