About Lazer Crazer Lazer Crazer is a leading laser tag and entertainment brand operating gaming zones, cafés, birthday parties, corporate events, and outdoor activations across multiple locations. Responsibilities Design social media creatives, ad banners, posters, standees, brochures, and marketing collaterals. Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and website promotions. Design event creatives for birthday parties, corporate events, tournaments, and special campaigns. Develop print-ready files for signage, vinyls, menus, wall graphics, and branding materials. Edit images, create mockups, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns with quick turnaround times. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Required Skills 3–5 years of graphic design experience. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva. Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools. Understanding of print production, dimensions, bleed, and pre-press requirements. Ability to create premium, modern, and conversion-focused designs. Experience in F&B, entertainment, gaming, events, or hospitality industries is a plus.
