Graphic Designer

Location: Ultadanga, Kolkata (On-site preferred) Company: BRATMA (T-shirt Manufacturing & E-commerce Brand) Role Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands not just design—but business impact. The ideal candidate should be skilled in modern design tools + AI tools to create high-converting creatives for e-commerce, social media, and performance marketing. This role is not about “designing posters”—it is about creating visuals that sell. Key Responsibilities Design creatives for: Social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns) E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho) Ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads banners) Website banners & product pages Create T-shirt graphics and print designs aligned with trends Use AI tools to: Generate concepts, mockups, and variations quickly Improve productivity and creative output Test multiple design angles for performance marketing Work closely with marketing & sales team to: Understand what sells Create creatives based on data, not assumptions Develop fast turnaround creatives (speed is critical) Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Required Skills Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva (advanced level) AI Tools (Must Have): Midjourney / DALL·E / Leonardo AI (for design generation) ChatGPT (for creative ideas, copy support) Any AI mockup or automation tools What We Actually Care About (Most Important) Ability to create designs that increase sales Speed + consistency (not perfection delay) Understanding of fashion trends and youth preferences Thinking: “Will this design sell?” instead of “Does this look good?” Bonus Skills (High Advantage) Experience in T-shirt or apparel design Knowledge of performance marketing creatives Basic video editing (Reels/Ads) Understanding of marketplace image requirements (Amazon, Myntra) KPIs (Performance Measurement) Number of creatives produced per week Ad creative performance (CTR, conversions) T-shirt design acceptance & sales Speed of execution Salary & Growth Salary: Based on skill + performance High growth opportunity with expanding brand Performance-based incentives Who Should NOT Apply Designers focused only on aesthetics, not results Slow workers who cannot handle volume People not willing to learn AI tools
