Job Description: Graphics Designer Experience: 3-5 years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate new techniques and tools as appropriate. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s /Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
