Job Description – Medical Representative (Digital Health App)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Medical Representative for My Smart Care Doc. The role is similar to a traditional Medical Representative position; however, instead of promoting pharmaceutical products, the selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and onboarding doctors onto a healthcare application platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit and connect with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
· Demonstrate the features and benefits of the My Smart Care Doc application
· Explain how the app supports online patient consultations and digital patient record management
· Build relationships with doctors and onboard them onto the platform
· Provide basic support and regular follow-up to ensure effective usage of the application
· Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and user support when required
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Experience in Medical Representative / Field Sales / Healthcare Sales roles
· Strong communication and convincing skills
· Basic understanding of healthcare applications or digital tools
· Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and clinics
· Willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings
· Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
