We enable smooth referral support and faster access to specialized medical services. 🔹 Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Medical / Marketing Representative to engage with doctors, clinics, and small hospitals to promote EzeeHealth’s referral solutions. The role involves daily field visits, educating healthcare providers, and developing strong referral networks to improve patient access to advanced care. 🔹 Key Responsibilities · Daily visits to doctors, clinics, and small hospitals to promote EzeeHealth services · Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers · Explain service offerings, referral process & benefits clearly · Achieve daily/weekly/monthly referral activation targets · Collect and update doctor/clinic details into CRM tools · Provide product materials, conduct awareness and follow-up visits · Support doctors in patient referral coordination along with operations team · Monitor competition and market developments · Participate in marketing events & patient outreach campaigns when required 🔹 Qualifications & Skills · PUC / Any Graduate · 2+ years of experience in Medical Representative, Pharma, Diagnostics, Laboratory, Healthcare or Field Sales preferred · Good communication skills in local language and English · Strong relationship-building and convincing ability · Must be self-driven, target-oriented and willing to travel extensively · Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory 🔹 Work Benefits Attractive salary + Performance incentives Travel allowance Career growth in healthcare sales and hospital partnerships Training and Skill development support 🔹 Key KPIs Active referral providers onboarded Monthly referral conversions Doctor/Clinic engagement frequency Market coverage and new lead acquisition 🕘 Working Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Field role with travel) 6 days a week
