Job Description
Franchisee Manager (Field-Based)
Qualification: BBA / MBA / Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000
Work Type: Field Job
Key Responsibilities:
Field visits to existing franchise, agents and branches
Identify and onboard new franchise partners
Ensure franchise, agents and branches operations follow company SOPs and standards
Support franchisees, agents and branches in sales, operations, and problem resolution
Monitor franchise and agent performance and revenue growth
Conduct training, audits, and review meetings
Act as a link between the HO and franchise and partners
Skills Required:
Strong relationship management
Leadership and coordination skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Good IT knowledge and MS Office proficiency
