Field Sales Executive

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals from the automobile industry who are passionate about field operations, garage partner management, and customer service. Company: Protomotive Technologies Pvt Ltd Brand: Repair-it Industry: Automobile Service & Repair Platform Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Metro Cities Across India Work Mode: Field-Based Joining: Immediate Joining Preferred JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Visit and onboard car & bike garages in assigned territories. • Build and maintain professional relationships with garage owners and workshop staff. • Explain company services, onboarding process, operational guidelines, and business policies to garage partners. • Conduct regular field visits for lead generation, garage onboarding, and business development activities. • Coordinate customer vehicle pick-up & drop operations from customer location to garage and back. • Drive customer vehicles safely and responsibly while ensuring professional customer handling. • Coordinate with customers and garage partners regarding vehicle status, service updates, and delivery timelines. • Support daily operational activities and resolve basic partner or customer issues. • Maintain proper records of field visits, partner updates, and operational activities. REQUIREMENTS • Age Limit: Maximum 40–45 years. • Minimum 1 year experience in Field Sales, Sales, Business Development, or Automobile Industry. • Automobile industry experience and background preferred. • Valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving Licence mandatory. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable with field work and travelling.• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Maps, and Mobile Applications. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The purpose of this role is to strengthen Repair-it’s garage partner network, support field operations, improve customer service coordination, and ensure smooth vehicle service operations across metro cities.
