Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Field Sales Executive with specialized experience in facility management services sales. This full-time role will be based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate must possess their own two-wheeler and be comfortable engaging in B2B corporate sales. We specifically seek candidates from the facility management sector, and individuals with backgrounds in insurance or banking sales need not apply.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the facility management services sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
Conduct market research to assess client needs and identify industry trends.
Present and showcase facility management services tailored to corporate clients.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring profitable agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense tracking on a regular basis.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Effectively utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven sales experience in facility management services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a two-wheeler for client travel.
Desired Experience
Maximum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in facility management services or similar B2B roles.
Experience engaging in corporate sales and building long-term client relationships.
Candidates from insurance and banking sectors will not be considered for this position.
