Field Sales Executive

Location: Chennai & Nearby Areas Company: Paytm Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Job Description We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Service Executives (FSEs) to join our Paytm team. The candidate will be responsible for merchant acquisition, QR onboarding, Soundbox deployment, and payment device sales in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new merchants and onboard them to the Paytm ecosystem. • Promote and sell Paytm products such as: • Paytm QR • Paytm Soundbox • Card Swipe Machines (POS Devices) • Conduct field visits and generate new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants. • Ensure successful deployment and activation of devices. • Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets. • Provide basic product training and support to merchants. Eligibility Criteria • Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree. • Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales, Marketing, B2B Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Fintech, Telecom, Banking, or FMCG sales. • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. • Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
