Job Title: #Customer Associate – #Field Operations (Painting Services) Company: Asian Paints Location: #Dehradun, #Haldwani, #Jaipur, #Udaipur Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for Field Operations roles in Painting Services. The role involves visiting customer sites, inspecting surfaces, suggesting suitable paint products and finishes, preparing estimates, and supervising painting work execution through contractors. Key Responsibilities: • Visit customer residences for site inspection and consultation • Guide customers on various paint products, textures, finishes, and solutions • Inspect walls and surfaces to identify defects and recommend suitable treatments • Take site measurements and prepare painting estimates as per approved rate cards • Coordinate with contractors for painting work execution • Supervise ongoing painting work and ensure quality standards as per Asian Paints guidelines • Ensure timely completion of projects at customer sites • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally • Generate new customer leads through market visits and local networking • Update daily activities, site status, and customer information in the CA App • Maintain daily reports and documentation as required • Coordinate with contractors and ensure participation in training programs • Report collections, project progress, and updates to Store In-Charge / Senior Officer Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred • Good communication and customer handling skills • Willingness to travel locally for field work • Basic understanding of painting products/services is an added advantage • Candidate should own a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Job Nature: • Complete field work role • Customer site visits on daily basis • Coordination with contractors and store teams Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives Contact Details:
