Hiring – Business Development Executive (Field Work)
Product: TMT Bars (Building Materials)
Qualification: Any Degree
Salary: 25000/Per Month
Benefits:
✔ ₹3.75 per km (Petrol Allowance)
✔ Daily Food Allowance
✔ ₹10 per site visit (Min ₹100/day)
✔ Not Target-Based Salary
Role:
• 100% Field Work
• Visit 7–10 Retail Shops
• Identify Construction Sites
• Visit Minimum 10 Sites per Day
• Promote TMT Bars to Site Engineers
✅ Must have own bike & valid license
✅ Ready to travel 70–100 km daily
