We are looking for energetic candidates for field sales for Excitel Broadband. The best part? No targets for the first month! Targets will apply only after you are settled in from the second month.

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on experience / अनुभव के आधार पर).
Target Policy: 1st Month No Target.
Job Type: Full-time, 6 Days Working (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM).
Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
: Generate leads through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations.
: डोर-टू-डोर विज़िट, कोल्ड कॉलिंग और प्रेजेंटेशन के माध्यम से नए ग्राहक बनाना।
: Build strong customer relationships and maintain a client database.
: ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना और क्लाइंट डेटाबेस को मैनेज करना।
: Report daily performance and feedback to management.
: दैनिक रिपोर्ट और फीडबैक नियमित रूप से मैनेजमेंट को देना।
Requirements / योग्यता
Education: 10th Pass and above (10वीं पास या उससे अधिक)।
Experience: 0 - 6 Years (Freshers are welcome / फ्रेशर्स भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं)।
Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills. (बातचीत करने का अच्छा तरीका)।
Gender: Only Male candidates. (केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवार)।
