We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our leadership team as a Business Development Officer (Principal Consultant Level) who can drive client success, business growth, and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end client onboarding and relationship management.
Drive business growth through client acquisition and strategic consulting.
Manage and oversee consulting projects for key clients.
Design and implement business process improvements and transformation initiatives.
Lead HR transformation and organizational development projects.
Govern, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Ensure timely execution and successful completion of client deliverables.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop business strategies.
Identify opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization.
Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Monitor project performance, compliance, and quality standards.
Provide expert consulting and advisory support to clients.
Required Qualifications
MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, PGDM, or other Business/Management-related degrees.
6–10+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, HR Transformation, Operations, or Strategic Management.
Proven experience managing client relationships and consulting engagements.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
