Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in corporate and creative sectors.
A BDM’s core role is to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and increase company revenue through strategic sales efforts
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Growth & Sales
Identify and generate new business opportunities (corporates, agencies, brands)
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage complete sales cycle (lead generation → pitch → closing deals)
🔹 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch proposals
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
🔹 Market Expansion
Research market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities
Explore new segments like:
Corporate branding videos
Political campaigns
Cultural documentation (Wari, festivals)
Develop partnerships with agencies and corporate clients
🔹 Strategy & Planning
Create business development plans aligned with company goals
Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams
Suggest innovative ideas for new services and revenue streams
🔹 Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM
Track KPIs, revenue targets, and conversion rates
Submit regular reports to management
Required Skills

Knowledge of media, branding, or production industry (preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Media
2–5+ years experience in Business Development / Sales
Experience in media, advertising, or production industry is a plus
