Job Description
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
Meet prospective customers to assess their security needs and conduct site surveys.
Recommend appropriate security solutions, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, intrusion alarms, video surveillance, fire safety systems, and security services.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, facility managers, and business owners.
Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, security technologies, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Provide after-sales support and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
