Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Souls of Detailing (SOD) under Blue Orbit Trades Private Limited.
The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will identify prospects, generate business opportunities, and support the growth of our automotive detailing products distribution network across Delhi NCR and U.P. Territory.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, along with attractive performance incentives, travel reimbursement, and excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
• Visit detailing studios, PPF centers, car wash businesses, dealerships, and automotive professionals.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Promote SOD's product portfolio including Motorprotek, UC Films, Prismax, Koch Chemie, Rodim, CFC, and Mapple.
• Schedule meetings, support product demonstrations, and onboard new customers.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales activity reports.
• Research market trends, monitor competitors, and develop strategies to grow business.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development
• Experience in automotive, detailing, accessories, lubricants, paints, FMCG, industrial products, or distribution sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and customer acquisition methods.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and technology tools.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
