To expand our reach and grow our brand, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Manager to lead our marketing and outreach efforts on the ground. JOB POSTING (Ready to Copy for Apna / Indeed / Naukri) Job Title: Business Development Manager – Sports Academy Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time | Field + Office About the Role: We are hiring a smart, energetic Business Development Manager for our Cricket Academy, Ground, Gym, and Box Cricket facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, building partnerships, and promoting the brand through on-ground and digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: › Visit schools, colleges, and residential societies to promote cricket academy programs › Plan and execute cricket camps, tournaments, and promotional events › Handle social media pages and coordinate digital promotions › Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments › Build and maintain relationships with local sports bodies, clubs, and institutions › Represent the brand at events, fairs, and sports meets › Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of programs › Prepare weekly reports on outreach and marketing activities Who We're Looking For: › 1-4 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development › Background or interest in sports (especially cricket) preferred › Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi / English › Self-motivated with willingness to do fieldwork › Basic knowledge of social media marketing › Two-wheeler preferred for field visits Perks: › Fixed salary + performance incentives › Exposure to the sports & fitness industry › Growth opportunities as the facility expands SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS › Minimum graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Sports Management preferred) › 1-4 years in sales, field marketing, or business development › Passion for cricket or sports is a strong advantage › Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English › Confident, well-groomed, and persuasive personality for field representation › Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and basic MS Office › Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel / field visits › Ability to work on weekends during events and camps
