Skills Required Strong knowledge in ladies fashion designing Experience in blouse designing, bridal wear, and customized stitching Ability to create trendy and unique boutique collections Knowledge of fabrics, color combinations, measurements, and fitting Ability to guide tailors and monitor stitching quality Boutique management and daily operations handling Customer interaction and design consultation skills Basic knowledge of embroidery and pattern making Ability to manage orders, delivery schedules, and staff coordination Social media or online sales knowledge is an added advantage Creative thinking with fashion trend awareness Good communication and leadership skills Responsibilities Handle complete boutique management Discuss and finalize designs with customers Coordinate with tailoring and embroidery staff Ensure timely delivery and quality finishing Introduce new fashion trends and collections Support sales growth and customer satisfaction Preferred Candidate Minimum 2+ years experience in boutique/fashion field Passionate about ladies fashion and customer service Responsible, creative, and self-motivated
