OFFICE ASSISTANT Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The role involves managing internal communication, coordinating with clients and vendors, and handling essential office documentation to ensure smooth workflow. The selected candidate will work closely with top management, requiring strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Manage internal office communication and coordination. • Communicate with clients and vendors via emails, calls, and follow-ups. • Prepare, maintain, and organize office documents such as invoices, records, and reports. • Support top management in day-to-day operations and scheduling. • Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping of office documents. • Assist in basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration/assistant roles (freshers with strong skills may also apply). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
