Event & Exhibition Manager – Job Description 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Event & Exhibition Manager to lead and execute Events & exhibition projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, design, production, and on-ground teams. 📌 Key Responsibilities Manage complete events & exhibition projects lifecycle (planning → execution → closure) Coordinate with clients, designers, and production teams Handle vendor management and negotiations Ensure timely delivery and quality execution at site Supervise stall setup, fabrication, and dismantling Monitor budgets and cost control Handle on-site issues and last-minute changes efficiently Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction 🎯 Requirements 3–7 years experience in exhibitions / events / fabrication industry Strong knowledge of stall design, materials, and execution Good vendor network (Delhi/Mumbai preferred) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure 💡 Ideal Candidate Highly organized and proactive Strong problem-solving mindset Client-focused approach Comfortable with travel & site work
