Job Description

We are looking for a Event Assistant to join our team at Ensembel Events to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 8,000 - ₹ 15,000 and exciting field exposure. Key Responsibilities: Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics. Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients. Ensure smooth execution during events. Handle client requirements and last-minute changes. Post-event reporting and feedback collection. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
