Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician Location: Chennai Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Multi Skilled Technician for Facility Management operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance and be capable of handling day-to-day technical issues in residential/commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair works related to electrical and plumbing systems. Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues within the assigned time. Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per schedule. Inspect and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, DB panels, pumps, pipelines, taps, and sanitary fittings. Monitor and report equipment performance and maintenance requirements. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for smooth facility operations. Maintain proper tools, materials, and service records. Support other facility maintenance activities whenever required. Required Skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting. Basic plumbing maintenance and repair knowledge. Ability to handle minor carpentry/civil maintenance works is an added advantage. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in shifts if required. Eligibility Criteria ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Qualification preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Facility Management or Maintenance field. Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply. Preferred Qualities Punctual and responsible. Team player with a positive attitude.
