Job Description
Maintain lighting systems, distribution panels, wiring, switches, and sockets.
Monitor and maintain DG sets, pumps, and other electrical equipment.
Attend and resolve resident electrical complaints promptly.
Ensure proper functioning of emergency lighting and backup power systems.
Follow electrical safety standards and procedures.
Report major electrical issues and maintenance requirements to the Facility Manager.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
