We are looking for an In-Process Quality Engineer responsible for monitoring product quality during production stages and ensuring process compliance as per quality standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of inspection methods, rejection analysis, problem-solving techniques, and process quality control. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process inspections during production. Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to standards. Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions. Conduct rejection analysis and implement preventive measures. Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation. Handle line quality issues and process deviations. Support root cause analysis using quality tools. Ensure SOP and process compliance on the shop floor. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for process improvement. Participate in customer complaint analysis and CAPA implementation. Required Skills: Knowledge of in-process quality control. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and defect analysis. Good understanding of 7 QC Tools. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis & Why-Why Analysis. Understanding of quality standards and inspection methods. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to handle shop floor quality activities. Preferred Tools: 7 QC Tools Fishbone Diagram Pareto Analysis CAPA Kaizen 5S Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Industrial, or related field.
