Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Electrical Technician to handle installation, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of smart home and home automation systems at customer sites. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical wiring, device installation, and basic networking related to automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission home automation systems, smart switches, sensors, touch panels, and related devices.
Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and system testing at project sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical faults during installation and after-sales service visits.
Coordinate with customers, electricians, and project teams for smooth execution.
Maintain service records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide customer guidance on system usage and basic troubleshooting.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field will be preferred
Experience in electrical installation or low-voltage systems preferred.
Basic understanding of smart home systems, networking, and automation products.
Ability to travel for site visits and service calls.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with smart home platforms, Zigbee/Wi-Fi devices, or automation controllers.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and site practices.
