*1. Permanent Job - 2 Post*
- *Post*: Senior Solar Installer/Supervisor
- *Salary*: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/महीना + साइट अलाउंस
- *Experience*: 2-3 साल, 2-10 kW रूफटॉप सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन का पूरा काम आता हो
- *काम*: साइट हैंडल करना, टीम लीड करना, वायरिंग-इन्वर्टर सेटअप
*2. Project Basis - 10 Post*
- *Post*: Solar Installer / Helper
- *Salary*: ₹500 - ₹1200/दिन, अनुभव के आधार पर
- Helper: ₹500-₹700/दिन
- Skilled Installer: ₹800-₹1200/दिन
- *Experience*: 6 महीने - 2 साल, स्ट्रक्चर, पैनल फिटिंग, वायरिंग आती हो
- *काम*: 2-10 kW की कई साइट्स, पेमेंट वीकली/प्रोजेक्ट खत्म पर
*ड्यूटी टाइम*: 9 AM - 6 PM
