Job Description
Position: Maintenance Head / Maintenance Manager / Asst. Manager
Department: Maintenance
Reporting To: Plant Head
Job Summary
Responsible for overall maintenance of sheet metal and fabrication plant machinery to ensure maximum uptime, minimum breakdowns, safety compliance, and smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain machines like CNC Laser, Press Brake, Power Press, Welding Machines, Compressors, DG Sets, and Utilities.
Lead maintenance team and manage shift activities.
Reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency (OEE).
Ensure safety, TPM, and statutory compliance.
Manage spare parts, AMC vendors, and maintenance costs.
Coordinate with production and quality departments.
It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
