Manage consistent brand identity across platforms like Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish engaging text, image, and video content (e.g., Reels, Stories, Shorts). Utilize publishing and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • Community Management: Act as the voice of the brand. Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions in a timely manner. • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media KPIs and web traffic metrics. Generate data-driven performance reports and refine content strategies based on what resonates with the audience. • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of internet culture, viral trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.
