The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 and a dynamic learning environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in videos, creating engaging content, and managing social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Plan, shoot, and present reels, short-form videos, and promotional content. Coordinate and participate in video shoots, product demonstrations, and brand campaigns. Edit videos using modern editing tools and mobile applications. Develop content calendars and social media strategies. Monitor social media trends and create trend-based content. Write captions, hashtags, and promotional content. Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution. Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable appearing on camera for reels and promotional videos. Experience in content creation and social media management. Knowledge of video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar software. Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn content. Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
