We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, grow our community, and drive brand engagement across multiple social media platforms. Job Summary The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media content and campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, influencer marketing, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals. Create and manage engaging content calendars for all social media platforms. Plan, write, and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns. Grow brand awareness, audience engagement, and community interactions. Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities. Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams. Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports. Respond to comments, and messages in a timely manner. Coordinate social media promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion data. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Age - 23+ 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing. Proven experience managing brand social media accounts. Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
