Key Responsibilities Create and set up social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Manage and maintain multiple social media profiles for different clients and businesses. Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly. Monitor account activity, messages, comments, and audience interactions. Coordinate and manage WhatsApp groups for marketing, customer engagement, and business communications. Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook account management. Experience creating and managing multiple social media profiles simultaneously. Understanding of content scheduling and social media publishing tools. Experience managing WhatsApp groups and online communities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Creative thinking and attention to detail.
