Rehoboth Digitech Solution is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Expert who can manage end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising (Google & Meta), video editing, content creation, and lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and carousel content Design high-quality creatives and captions aligned with brand identity Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and funnels Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights Perform audience research and competitor analysis Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting Edit videos for reels, ads, and promotional content (short-form & long-form) Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimization, scaling) Expertise in social media management tools Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) Experience in lead generation & conversion strategies Understanding of SEO & digital marketing fundamentals Creative mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management Proven track record of successful ad campaigns and lead generation Experience working with brands or agencies Knowledge of latest trends, algorithms, and content strategies What We Offer: Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment Creative freedom to experiment with content Performance-based incentives Opportunity to work on diverse projects and brands
