Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Develop social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content creation.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Prepare monthly reports on social media campaigns and performance metrics.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
