The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels 2.Manage end-to-end paid campaigns with a focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversions 3.Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency 4.Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning 5.Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights 6.Collaborate with the creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives and campaigns 7.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates Preferred Qualifications 1.Experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory 2.Candidates from the Beauty & Personal Care industry will be preferred 3.Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns 4.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel Integration, and conversion tracking 5.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel Integration, and conversion tracking Job Details Position: Performance Marketing Expert Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred Location: Rama Road , Kirti Nagar Salary: Competitive / Best in Industry
