1. 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, digital
promotions, or online user acquisition.
2. Experience working with YouTube creators, Telegram communities, Instagram influencers, or online earning / fintech / UPI-related platforms is preferred.
3. Responsible for managing creator partnerships, traffic acquisition campaigns, user growth, and performance tracking.
4. Strong understanding of the Indian digital creator ecosystem, especially in finance, online earning, UPI, and community-based traffic channels.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Influencer & Growth Marketing Manager to help expand our platform presence across India. The ideal candidate should have experience working with creators, online communities, and traffic partners, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
The role focuses on user acquisition, creator management, campaign execution, and long-term traffic growth across YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, and other digital channels.

Main Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and manage creators, influencers, and traffic partners across YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and affiliate partners.
Negotiate collaboration terms, campaign structures, and performance-based partnerships.
Coordinate content creation, campaign scheduling, and publishing processes.
Monitor campaign performance, user acquisition data, and conversion metrics.
Track creator traffic quality, user retention, registrations, and transaction performance.
Work closely with operations, product, and marketing teams to optimize campaign results.
Manage influencer databases, reporting systems, and partnership records.
Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators in the Indian market.
Support community growth initiatives and referral-based campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or user acquisition.
Strong understanding of Indian social media ecosystems and creator communities.
Experience working with Telegram, YouTube, WhatsApp, or online earning communities is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data, traffic quality, and performance metrics.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of UPI, digital payments, online communities, or fintech-related platforms is a plus.
