We are hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and support daily e-commerce activities. The candidate should have experience in handling product listings, order management, inventory updates, and customer coordination across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
Update product details, pricing, stock, and images
Handle order processing, returns, and dispatch coordination
Monitor sales performance and marketplace reports
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
Resolve customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction
Manage inventory and catalog updates regularly
Support promotional campaigns and online offers
Required Skills
Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and time management
Problem-solving ability
