Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of Galaxy Pizza’s marketing initiatives across social media, content shoots, influencer collaborations, merchandising, outlet branding, events, and vendor coordination.
This role is execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and an understanding of food and hunger marketing. You’ll work across all three brand concepts - Galaxy Pizza, Galaxy Slice Shop, and the upcoming Galaxy Treats (our dessert venture), working in multiple dimensions to make Galaxy Pizza reach out better and stronger by the day.
1. Social Media & Content Execution
•	Assist in executing the content calendar across Instagram and other platforms for all brands (GP, GSS, Galaxy Treats).
•	Coordinate social media content strategy, asset selection, and scheduling - ensure consistent posting cadence with zero gaps.
•	Monitor and execute scheduled posts, reels, and stories as per the content plan.
•	Ensure consistency in brand tone across graphics, captions, and any marketing material for each brand concept.
•	Assist in writing compelling copy for new menu launches, influencer campaigns, product drops, any PR promotions, and events.
2. In-House Content Shoot & Production
•	Assist in planning and coordinating monthly in-house content shoots (photo + video) for Galaxy Pizza, Galaxy Slice Shop, and Galaxy Treats.
•	Coordinate with outlet teams in advance to align on shoot dates, kitchen availability, table setup, and any operational requirements at the store.
•	Assist in preparing shot lists, mood boards, and styling references ahead of every shoot to ensure the team is aligned on output expectations.
•	Be present on-ground during shoots to assist with food plating, prop placement, set management, and ensuring smooth execution.
•	Assist in post-shoot editing - review footage, coordinate with the editor on cuts, transitions, captions, and audio; flag revisions and ensure final output meets brand standards.
3. Influencer & Creator Collaborations
•	Assist in influencer outreach and coordination.
•	Coordinate with the outlets for shoots.
•	Maintain trackers for all collaborations, deliveries, content postings, and performance metrics.
4. Online platform updates and website
•	Support new menu updates on online platforms (Zomato: delivery & dine-in, Swiggy: Delivery & dine-in), Google business accounts and website.
•	Coordinate for product information, descriptions, and imagery.
•	Assist in maintaining consistency between online platforms (Zomato & swiggy,) Google business accounts and website.
•	Ensure all updates are real time and nothing stays outdated.
5. Merchandising & Inventory
•	Assist in managing the full merchandising pipeline: pizza keychains, plushies, tote bags, Galaxy Pizza t-shirts, socks, Galactica caps, diaries, waiting books, and so on.
•	Keep a check on stock levels across all outlets, place reorders on schedule (monthly or as needed), and coordinate production timelines with vendors..
•	Ensure all merch is distributed, stocked, and displayed correctly at each outlet.
•	Assist in ordering merch in time.
6. Outlet Branding & Design Coordination
•	Assist and coordinate menu design updates for GP and GSS
•	Support the oversee tableware and table setup branding: menus, caddies, shakers, olive oil bottles, water bottles, glasses, coasters, table numbers, reward cards, and keychain displays.
•	Coordinate uniform procurement across summer and winter cycles – ordering and delivery
7. Events & Artist Management
•	Assist in execution of live entertainment bookings for outlets - singers, instrumentalists (violin, etc.), jugglers, sketch artists, beat boxers, magicians, anchors, and mascot artists.
•	Support in handling the event logistics and on ground logistics.
•	Support execution of brand events, pop-ups across Delhi NCR.
•	Manage artist payments, balance clearing, and post-event wrap-up.
8. Data Analysis & Team Briefing
•	Assist in tracking and reporting marketing performance on a weekly and monthly basis - content metrics, influencer performance, and footfall impact.
•	Support in briefing outlet teams on anything new - new menu items (what it is, how to communicate with customers if asked, what’s special), new campaigns, promotions, or operational processes.
•	Maintain organised records of assets, communications, trackers, and ongoing activities across all projects.
Requirements
•	1 - 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or brand execution - preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
•	Effective communication skills and creative mindset
•	Proven experience coordinating content shoots (photo and/or video), you know how to run a shoot day from prep to final delivery.
•	Extremely detail-oriented - you catch typos, wrong dates, misaligned designs, stock shortfalls, and vendor delays before they become problems.
•	Strong organisational skills: ability to manage shoots, merch orders, vendor timelines, influencer calendars, and outlet maintenance across 4 locations simultaneously.
•	Excellent written communication: can write in “brand tone” copy for social media, influencer briefs, and launch announcements.
•	Hands-on experience with Instagram and social media content planning; basic understanding of how consumer mindset works.
•	Comfortable communicating with vendors : from printers to any new supplier onboard.
•	Willingness to be on-ground across Delhi NCR outlets regularly for shoots, store checks, and event coordination.
•	Familiarity with project management or tracking tools (Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar).
Nice to Have
•	Basic photography/videography skills for social content on phone.
•	Editing skills for reels and any social content.
•	Experience with food styling or food photography shoots.
•	Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) for quick edits, menu mock-ups, or merch design drafts.
•	AI experimentation keenness.
•	Basic understanding of working with food delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato) from a marketing or listing perspective.
•	Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or food brand in the Delhi NCR market.
•	Understanding of local SEO and Google My Business optimisation for multi-location brands.
