A Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, and oversees comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. They manage digital channels such as SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising to achieve business growth while tracking campaign performance and Return on Investment (ROI).
Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop overarching digital marketing plans that align with company goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising (PPC), social media, and email campaigns.
SEO & Content: Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic and oversee the editorial calendar.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and evaluate traffic metrics to optimize ad spend and campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Lead or collaborate with internal content, design, and development teams, as well as external agencies.
