Job Description
Own end-to-end funnel: awareness → onboarding → loan disbursal → repeat usage Drive performance marketing across channels: Can Able to run campain Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, app installs for Organic maximum sales Optimize CAC, conversion rates, as per benchmark Run A/B testing on landing pages, app flows, and creatives Work closely with product & tech teams to reduce drop-offs Managing Leads funnel so that sale must not be compromised Track key metrics: CAC, LTD, Leads to DB, approval rates, disbursal rate, repeat rate etc. Use analytics tools for improving performance Generate insights to improve underwriting + marketing synergy Design engagement campaigns: Repeat loans, cross-sell, upsell. Manage CRM journeys via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push notifications
