About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Forex / Financial Markets to lead and scale our acquisition efforts across multiple regions. This is not a basic marketing role. We are seeking someone who understands trader psychology, compliance constraints, and performance-driven campaigns—someone who can build and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality funded accounts, not just leads. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Native) Drive high-intent lead generation for live trading accounts Build and manage conversion funnels (Landing Pages → KYC → Deposit) Optimize CPL, CPA, and deposit conversion rates Develop ad creatives and messaging aligned with financial compliance standards Manage and scale budgets efficiently across different geographies Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead quality and retention Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements Test new angles, hooks, and offers (e.g., gold/oil trends, market volatility campaigns) Requirements Proven experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Services marketing (mandatory) Strong understanding of: Trader acquisition funnels Demo → KYC → Deposit conversion optimization High-quality lead generation (not volume-based spam leads) Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads & Google Ads (advanced level) Tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixels, conversion APIs) Experience working with regulated entities or compliance-heavy environments Ability to create high-converting ad copy and campaign angles Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI Experience : 3+ What We’re Looking For Someone who thinks beyond “clicks and leads” and focuses on real revenue impact Ability to identify winning campaigns and scale aggressively Understanding of global markets (MENA, EU, Africa preferred) Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach Nice to Have Experience with MT5-related funnels or broker-side marketing Knowledge of payment flows and onboarding friction points Experience working with CRM systems and lead scoring Job Location : Kochi
