WE ARE HIRING – PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE 📍 Location: South Delhi (Work From Office) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🚀 Immediate Joining Preferred We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands how to generate leads, drive sales, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable business growth. ### Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Create and optimize lead generation and sales-focused campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, and other key metrics. • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research. • Build, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing page strategies. • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability. • Generate high-quality leads and sales for clients across multiple industries. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. • Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes. • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices. ### Requirements • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. • Proven experience managing sales-oriented and lead-generation campaigns. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Experience optimizing campaigns for conversions, leads, and revenue growth. • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions. • Strong communication and reporting skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Immediate joiners will be preferred. ### What We're Looking For ✔ Results-driven mindset ✔ Strong analytical skills ✔ Attention to detail ✔ Growth-focused approach ✔ Ability to take ownership of campaign performance ### To Apply Send your resume and portfolio/case studies to: 📞 +91 8800890456 Only candidates with relevant performance marketing experience will be considered.
