The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Instagram marketing, and social media management with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital campaign optimization. This role requires a creative yet analytical professional capable of executing high-performing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and improve online engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Digital Advertising & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance campaigns. Develop audience targeting strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions. Generate quality leads for real estate projects and other business verticals. SEO & Website Optimization Perform comprehensive SEO activities, including: On-page SEO Off-page SEO Keyword research Competitor analysis Backlink creation Technical SEO improvements Track website rankings and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search visibility. Social Media Management Manage daily Instagram marketing activities, including posts, reels, stories, and audience engagement. Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creative development and campaign execution. Reporting & Analytics Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising policies. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Good understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc. Experience in Instagram marketing and social media management Understanding of lead generation funnels and audience targeting strategies Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools is an added advantage Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills Preferred Candidate Profile Result-oriented and self-driven professional Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred Creative mindset with attention to detail Why Join Us?
