Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 2+ Years Location: Delhi NCR / Hybrid / As per company requirement Role Summary We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with practical experience in social media marketing, CRM/lead management, SEO, creatives, basic video editing, AI-assisted content creation, basic automation, and WhatsApp/chatbot-based lead handling. Key Responsibilities Manage regular social media posting, captions, hashtags, and engagement. Create basic marketing creatives, banners, thumbnails, and promotional content. Edit short videos/reels with captions, logo, intro/outro, and call-to-action. Maintain CRM/lead tracker and update lead status, follow-ups, and remarks. Support online lead generation campaigns and track inquiry sources. Handle basic website inquiry flow, form testing, and lead capture coordination. Use basic AI tools for content ideas, captions, blogs, scripts, and marketing copy. Support SEO activities such as keyword research, page updates, meta content, and blog uploads. Support basic WhatsApp/chatbot inquiry flows and lead qualification questions. Prepare daily/weekly marketing and lead reports. Required Skills Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience. Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management. Good understanding of social media marketing. Basic SEO knowledge. Ability to create simple creatives and short videos. Basic understanding of AI tools, automation, WhatsApp API, and chatbot flows. Good written communication in English and Hindi. Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time. Preferred Candidate A practical, execution-focused person who can manage daily digital marketing tasks, track leads properly, coordinate with sales/technical teams, and work with minimum supervision. Suggested Salary ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skill level and experience.
