Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Agronomic Fertilizers to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns. Design banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. Develop creative concepts and visual content aligned with brand guidelines. Edit and enhance images, videos, and digital assets. Create social media posts, reels thumbnails, and marketing creatives. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign materials. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, professional, and error-free. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines. Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices. Prepare final design files for digital and print use. Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms. Create presentations, infographics, and other visual communication materials. Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design tools. Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.). Strong creativity and attention to detail. Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Good communication and teamwork skills.
